Iowa River Players

Iowa River Players invites you to be a part of the staging of John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men” — open auditions on Monday Feb 28 and Tues Mar. 1 at 7 pm at the Community Theatre in Rowan. With your help 2010 was another great year for River Players! Come and celebrate that success on Saturday, February 12 at 5PM at our annual awards event and membership meeting.

This year the event will be held at the

CLARION PUBLIC LIBRARY in the new community room.

This is a potluck party so please bring

a dish your family likes to share.

(Lemonade, plates, knives, forks and drinking vessels

will be provided.)

On the agenda for the evening is to vote on a ballot

of board nominees.

This is our RECOGNITION time, too, of our casts and crews

of the following shows:

“Don’t Drink the Water”

“Aladdin”

“Senior Moments”

“Dramapalooza”

Please plan to be there so you can take another bow and accept your recognition for a job well done!

Doc is bringing the DVD projector so we can watch a movie. Bring a DVD if there is one you’ve been wanting to share. We will put them in a sack and draw out one to watch.
