Let’s start with Money.

Membership: $25/year. Be sure to stay current in order to receive your newsletters and advance ticket sale post cards. All members are recognized on the donor board just inside the theatre doors. Categories are over a life-time of membership and contributions.

Chair Sponsorship: for a $100 donation you, your family, your business or organization may sponsor a theatre seat. A plaque will be engraved and fastened to the seat, with your name or the name of the person you wish to honor or remember.

Production Sponsorship: Sponsorships help to defray the cost of production: printing, royalties, costume rental, materials, utilities, etc. For your sponsorship of one of our shows you receive on-stage recognition of your company. Your company’s name will also appear in the program for that production. As a sponsor you may, if desired, choose a performance to host and provide ushers for that date. We can also discuss other ideas for highlighting your company. If you are interested in sponsoring a production call Kathy (641-444-3649) or Luanne (641-444-4220). Sponsorship of a musical play is $200. Sponsorship of a non-musical play is $100.

The Iowa River Players are a subsidiary of the Belmond Area Arts Council and donations are tax-deductible.

It’s About Time, too.

Every production takes hundreds of person-hours to carry out the various tasks from building sets to selecting or sewing costumes to locating or building props. There are literally dozens of ways that you can help! Just tell us what you are interested in!
